Just a few thoughts on expressing my sincere thanks for help in the purchase of the Quikprint 64.
My idea started late last year and had to be put on hold for time frame
reasons. Crystal was very helpful and understanding- When I decided to
go ahead with the purchase about a month ago, the transaction went very
smoothly.
The item was
prepared to the exact detail I had specified. Crystal's knowledge on
the product was outstanding. The extra effort that went into the
digital photographs was not overlooked. Tn fact, is was far better than
the book the machine came with- Upon receipt of the machine, I couldn't
believe the packing and care that went into the shipping process.
After trying a few tests, 1 got the hang of it quite quickly. Every
imprint was perfect and the foil was removed quite easily. No tricks or
set-up gimicks.
I am a
family owned business and it's easy to see why so many flock to
businesses where people actually care. It's nice to finally receive the
support and knowledge of product before it even arrives. Funny, it's so
easy to do, but why do so many companies fail to do it?

Dear Mr. Cann,
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the Kwikprint Model
55 machine which came with the scrapbooking accessory package.
This
machine has been very easy to use and it's weight allows me to take it
to "Scrapbooking Crops" where I am able to imprint albums on site. My
scrapbooking customers and I are very happy with the results of the
imprint on albums.
In
addition to using the machine to imprint albums, I have expanded my
business into the wedding and special occasion party market. With this
I mean that the Model 55 does a lot more than imprint albums. I have
imprinted hundreds of ribbon for wedding favors, matchbooks and napkins.
Service,
what more can I say. Ever since I bought the machine, your customer
service has been great! Especially Crystal. She has walked me through
the "how to" on virtually every printing job that I have gotten.
Whenever I want to venture on engraving or imprinting different items
and I am not sure how or where to start, all I do is pick up the phone
and call Kwikprint and there is always someone there. Not only
are they courteous and reliable but they are very knowledgeable with
their products and features.
The
purchase of my Model 55 machine has been a worthwhile investment. My
business is continually growing thanks to Kwikprint and their products
and customer service.
